About the Role
The Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide provides the patient with personal care assistance and home support
in an effort to maintain a clean, safe environment for the elderly or convalescing patient thus allowing them to remain
in their own home. Certified Nursing Assistants /Home Health Aides work in patient homes and in facilities. The
Certified Nursing Assistant /Home Health Aide possess the ability and willingness to interact with residents, family
members, personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances. They regularly communicate with the medical staff,
nursing personnel, and other units. Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides function under the supervision of
