About the Role
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Auxiliary and Business Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide essential support for university
transportation and parking services, supporting daily and event parking operations for faculty, staff, students, and
visitors. This position requires strong customer service skills and communication skills.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime is required for home
football games, student arrival, and other events based on staffing needs.
