About the Role
Facilities Director The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and overall physical
condition of the Williamsport Lumber Yards. This role ensures that all buildings, grounds, utilities, and infrastructure
are clean, functional, safe, and presentation-ready to support daily operations, tenant needs, and large-scale public
events. The Facilities Director plays a critical role in preserving the Lumber Yards as a welcoming, well-maintained
destination by managing preventive maintenance programs, supervising facilities staff and contractors, and responding to
operational issues in real time. This position is supervised and evaluated by the propertys District General Manager.
