Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall operation of club facilities. The Director oversees

all preventive maintenance, repairs, and ongoing facility improvements, while managing the maintenance and housekeeping

teams. This includes hiring, training, and developing staff, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and

the proper use of mechanical equipment and tools. The Director also collaborates with other departments to support club
