About the Role

Position Overview

Field Service Technician role provides advanced technical support to customers and engineers—on-site, in the field, or

virtually—across a range of complex tasks. Technicians are responsible for collecting, formatting, and analyzing

technical data to support the repair and maintenance of power electronic equipment.

*This is a fully remote position but must reside in PA, NY, NJ, OH, or VA.

*Must be willing to travel up to 100% nationwide based on customer support needs.
