About the Role

Junior Property Accountant Location Philadelphia, PA (Brewerytown area) : Overview: Responsible for assisting the

Controller with the day-to-day reporting of the Company's managed properties by maintaining accurate books and records

of each property and providing analysis and support. The Junior Property Accountant will be responsible for creating a

professional work environment, which reflects the PMC priorities of customer service, respect and collegiality among

property team members, full compliance with the regulatory requirements, while following company policies and procedures
