About the Role

Allure Lifestyle Communities is currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor a t our luxury 55+ property

in King of Prussia, PA. 

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property in a safe, efficient,

and quality manner. This position will direct and assist in all phases of maintenance operations and will have oversight

and supervision over the site's assistant maintenance technicians and/or porters. The Maintenance Supervisor reports

directly to the Property Manager and will maintain working relationships with all other staff members, vendors,
