About the Role
MOBILE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR TRAINER - PART-TIME
Responsible for executing NESL's overall training process in heavy equipment operations. Training focuses will include
MSHA/OSHA compliance, alignment with industry best practices, and semi-autonomous maintenance. Will be a key contributor
in NESL's strategy to develop and retain talent. Duties include:
* Provide heavy equipment training that promotes full competency and expert operations of equipment.
* Establish clear standards and expectations to define full competency of heavy equipment operations.
