About the Role
PATIENT COORDINATOR
The Patient Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of customer service and patient care tasks to ensure a
positive patient experience. Ensures documentation and patient records are prepared and organized. Ensures patients have
a clear understanding of what to expect during and after their appointment.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
* Greets and assists patients, customers and visitors in person and over the phone.
