About the Role
POSITION: The Residential Program Worker supervises and assists the residents in all daily life skills. They report
directly to the Residential Supervisor. They maintain the facility they are assigned to. THIS IS A PART-TIME AND AS
NEEDED POSITION! FLOATER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING CALL OFFS AND VACATIONS AS NECESSARY. Full-time hours not
guaranteed, unless a position becomes available. Part-Time Floater
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma with human services experience in a Residential setting. Possess excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Act 33 and 34 and FBI Clearances required. Must maintain a current driver's
