The Senior Director of Campus Life at Lycoming College, a private liberal arts and sciences institution, serves as a
student‑centered, visionary educator and community builder. This live‑in leadership position plays an essential role in
cultivating a robust, inclusive, and developmentally rich campus culture that supports students’ academic, personal, and
social success.
The Senior Director works closely with the Dean of Students to provide strategic oversight for residential living,
