Summary: Serving as the senior Tailored Vendor Logistics Specialist on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cell or

Support Team. Providing guidance to subordinate employees and resolving complex system issues not subject to standard

resolution methods. Proactively working with customers, experiencing problems with the web-based ordering tools,

including registration and resetting passwords, and ensuring they have the latest vendor catalog. Monitoring the status
