About the Role
WELDER POSITION
We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team as a railcar repairman. This role involves 60% mechanical work and 40%
welding tasks to repair rail cars. The position demands a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a
physically demanding, dirty environment. While fluxcore welding is preferred, it is not mandatory, as training can be
provided for MIG welders.
